Add Account

Total Triage by CareXM mobile app access is set up in CXM selecting the correct "CXM Mobile License" in the User Profile for that employee. Anyone with a Client Admin role can add and modify users.  Go to the User profile in CXM and scroll down to the CXM Mobile License section:

 

Choose the correct license for that user.  Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

If you have a new user, create a user account and select the correct CXM mobile license, For more details please refer Create New User in CXM.
