Admin Features in Total Triage App Team Page

For users with an Administrator profile, the Team page provides a look at individual team members' recent activity — including both Call History and State History.  By tapping on the staff name in the list, you will see a page specific to that user with the following options:

  • Call History
  • State History
  • Actions



The Call History page shows all inbound and outbound calls for the user, including those that were missed or abandoned, along with the selected Call Code for each call (if selected).  

*NOTE: This is the same list that the selected user would view on the Recent Calls page in the app.

The State History page shows all state changes for the selected user, including state changes related to phone calls.  

The Team Map page show the location of team members on a map. The team members only display here if they are logged into the app and they have allowed the app to access their location.    ​

Each pin on the map contains a team member's initials. Tap a team member's pin to see their current state. ​

You can zoom into the map by pinching the screen with two fingers. ​

 

On the Actions page, Administrators will see the option to call the selected user and a red button option that can force the selected user into an [Off Shift] state.  This  applies if the user is logged in when they shouldn’t be (e.g., they forgot to log out). After clicking the button, confirm that you want to log the user off – tap OK (or Cancel, if you hit this button on accident).  The user will get a notification on their phone that they were moved into the [Off Shift] state.
