CXM will automatically set up an App profile for new users.
1. Once logged into CXM, go to the users tab for your organization, and click on "Create New" in the upper left corner:
2. Fill out the user information.
3. Be sure and add a provider type. This will create an app profile based on the "provider type" selected:
4. Click on the "Save" button to create the user. The users App profile, matching the user's mobile application with the user account in CXM is automatically created:
