Assignment Audit

To access Insights, go to https://insights.carexm.com 

You will use the same login information that you use to access CXM to log into Insights. This means that if you change your CXM password, it will update in Insights as well. 

Your CXM user must have the Analytics toggle turned ON in order to log into Insights.

Once logged in, you will be on the landing page and can choose from the different reports by hovering over the category in the left side bar:

Choose "Staff Reports", then "Assignment Audit".

The Assignment Audit report gives a real time snapshot of what App Assignments currently have a user logged in on the Total Triage Mobile App. This report provides one place to see the Assignments and if a user is currently logged in across all the organizations a user has access to.

This report can be filtered in the following ways:

  • Organization - This filter defaults to showing all the Organizations a user has access to.
  • Assignment - This filter defaults to showing all the Assignments for each Organization a user has access to. 
  • Empty Assignment - This filter defaults to showing all Assignments, empty or covered.
  • Organization State - This filter allows users to filter the list of Organizations down to those located in the selected geographical state(s).  By default, all Organization States will be selected.

Note: For report to filter correctly, click on the "Apply" button on the bottom of each filter's drop down. Only applies if the list exceeds 10 options.

On this report, an Empty Assignment is shown with a Red dot and the Staff Name and State Start Date will both be empty. A Filled Assignment is shown with a Blue dot and the Staff Name, State Start Date, and Logged-in Duration will be shown on the report. Note: The Logged-in Duration is on a day(s):hour(s):minute(s):second(s) format (dd:hh:mm:ss).

Note: For Organizations that use roll-over to have one Assignment cover multiple locations, the Assignment will show as Covered (Blue) on the Organization Assignment the user logged in to and will show as Empty (Red) on the roll-over locations.
