Call Coding

If call coding is enabled, the user will be prompted to code the call when the call ends. 

1.  The app will automatically take the user to the "Call Code" page and prompt the user to identify the primary reason for the call.

2.  Tap the code that mostly closely reflects the reason for the call and a checkmark will display next to the code.

3.  Once the user is done, tap the Back button at the top of the page to return to the Recent calls page.
