To contact TeleMed by phone or online message select “Contact TeleMed” in the main menu. Selecting “Call” will initiate a call to customer service after prompting for confirmation. Selecting “Message” will open a new screen for you to compose a new online message addressed to TeleMed. Press “Send” to deliver your message.
NOTE: If selecting "Message" please ensure to include your e-mail address in the "From:" section so that our customer service team will be able to reply to you.
