You can convert a Provider to a User.

1. Click on the Providers tab.
2. Click on the Provider you want to convert.
3. Click on the Convert to User button.
4. Enter the provider's email address. 
5. Click on Continue.
6. If the email address does not exist, you will see the Create User page where you can continue creating the user. If the email already exists, you will be prompted to link the provider to the user with the email. Select Yes to be taken to that Edit User page where you can update the user and Save the changes.
