To view when an activity was created and how long it's been since there has been any follow up, hover over the "Activities" menu option and on the drop down menu, click on "Team Tasks":
There will be a column on the right hand side displaying the "Elapsed time" and "Last Modified". The elapsed time displays the time since the activity was created and the last modified shows the last time any information was added or changed on the activity.
