To ensure you receive notifications for the Total Triage mobile app, you’ll need to enable your notifications on your phone Settings (steps 1-5). To customize the sound, follow steps 1-9. 

1.  Go to Settings.

2.  Click on Apps.

3. Select Total Triage.

4.  Click on Notifications.

5.  Enable Allow Notifications and Allow sound and vibration.

6.  Click on Notification categories.

7. Turn the toggle button on for Total Triage, then click on Total Triage (not the toggle button).

8. Click on Sound.

9. Turn the Notification sound volume all the way up and choose the sound you'd like to be alerted with from the sounds in the list below.
