To ensure you receive notifications for the Total Triage mobile app, you’ll need to enable your notifications on your phone Settings.

1.  Go to Settings.

2.  Using the search feature, look up and select Total Triage.

3.  Click on Notifications.

4.  Ensure Allow Notifications is turned on. Then enable Sounds and Badges.

Note: We recommend that you enable Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banner under Alerts and set the Banner Style to Persistent.

Optional: To change the sound, on Settings go to Sounds & Haptics and select a sound on Default Alerts.
