How to Give an Assignment on the On-Call Page

CXM Admin Users can assign staff members who are logged into the Total Triage mobile app an assignment using the "On Call" page:

1.  Log into CXM.  From the default landing page, which is the Client page, click on the organization name:

 

2.  Using the tabs at the top of the field, click on "On Call Info" tab:

 

3.  Click on the update button in the upper right corner of the screen:

 

4. Scroll down to the section titled "Staff Name".  Click on the "Change Assignment" button on the right side of the screen:

 

5.  Choose the assignment for the staff member from the drop down list and click on the "Update Assignment" button:
