How to Install and Login to the MyTeleMed Mobile App

Installing the MyTeleMed App – iPhone User

This application is free to download and requires an Apple ID account to install.

  1. Go to the App Store on the device and search for “MyTeleMed” to locate the app. Ensure to type “MyTeleMed” as one word with no spaces.
  2. Click Get on the application page to begin the installation. This may also appear as a cloud icon with a downward pointing arrow.
  3. Once installed, open the application.

Registering your iPhone

**If your organization is using SSO to login, please click here for next steps.**

  1. Login using your MyTeleMed login credentials. If you do not have this information, please contact Customer Support via email at customerservice@carexm.com or via call at 888-212-8444.
  2. Next, be sure to press “Allow” to accept push notifications in your iPhone settings.
  3. If prompted to change your password, you may do so. MyTeleMed requires passwords to contain at least 8 characters & 3 of the following:
    • Upper Case A-Z
    • Lower Case a-z
    • Number 0-9
    • Special Character ~!@#$^*._
  4. When prompted, enter in your 10-digit cell phone number to register your iPhone to TeleMed’s system.
  5. Check your inbox for a message that says, “Welcome to MyTeleMed. This welcome message indicates that you’ve successfully registered the App on your phone….etc.”

IMPORTANT: If you did not receive the “Welcome to MyTeleMed” message, please uninstall the application and repeat the steps above.

IMPORTANT: Removing or uninstalling MyTeleMed from your iPhone will unregister the device with TeleMed. Downloading and reinstalling the application will require following these steps to register the device to TeleMed’s systems again.

 

Installing the MyTeleMed App – Android Users

This application is free to download and requires a Google account and password registered to the device to install it.

  1. Go to the Google Play Store on the device and search for “MyTeleMed” to locate the app. Please ensure to type “MyTeleMed” as one word with no spaces.
  2. Click Install on the application page to begin the installation.
  3. Once installed, open the application.

Registering your Android

  3. If prompted to change your password, please do so. MyTeleMed requires passwords to contain at least 8 characters & 3 of the following:
    • Upper Case A-Z
    • Lower Case a-z
    • Number 0-9
    • Special Character ~!@#$^*._
  4. When prompted, enter in your 10-digit cell phone number to register your Android to TeleMed’s system.
  5. Check your inbox for a message that says, “Welcome to MyTeleMed. This welcome message indicates that you’ve successfully registered the App on your phone….etc.”
