How to Look Up a Caller's Phone Number in the Dashboard

  1.  Click on the “Reports” icon on the side navigation bar: 

 

 

2.  Open the menu under Historical Contacts”, Choose “Detailed History”: 

 

3. Open all of the users in the “User Name” box, click on the user’s name that needs to have calls displayed.  Click on “Generate” to filter the calls to only display the selected user: 

 

4.  Look for the specific call needed. If needed, resize the columns by placing your cursor between the columns and widening them. The Destination column displays the phone number and the arrow indicates whether it’s an inbound or outbound call:
