Follow the instructions below to set your STAT and Normal message notifications to sound the same and remind you within the same time frame after receipt.
- Open your MyTeleMed Mobile App and go to your Settings.
- Enable your Notifications.
- Click on “Stat Messages.
- Select your favorite sound, then turn on your repeat interval and set the repeat interval to 1 or 5 minutes.
5. For Normal messages follow the same steps, but on step 3 select “Normal Messages” instead of “Stat Messages”.
