First Time Logging into CXM Desktop Site

CXM is web-based and accessible from any computer or mobile device. 

Visit https://cxm.carexm.com to login. 

Before your initial login attempt, verify your account by confirming your email address. To do this, find the email sent to you from noreply@carexm.com. Click the link to verify your email address. Then, using the temporary password in the email, enter your user information and click "Log in." At this point, you will be prompted to update your password. 

Password minimum requirements:

• 8 characters long
• 1 upper-case letter
• 1 lower-case letter
• 1 number (0-9)
• 1 symbol (!@#$%)

Note: Your password is set to expire every 60 days per HIPAA regulations.
