How to Login to the MyTeleMed Mobile App with SSO

Once you reach the login landing page, tap the "SSO" or "Login with "SSO" link. 

Note:  If you are unable to login you will need to contact Customer Support via email at  customerservice@carexm.com  or via call at 800-420-4695 to ensure an account is created for you. Once an account is created for you, reach out to your practice leader and have them open a ticket with your organization's IT/tech support.
