If your organization requires multifactor authentication, you will need to request a code and enter it to log into CXM.
- After entering your Email and Password, then clicking Log in, you'll see a Verification Code screen.
- Select the method you would like to use to receive the code, either Phone Code or Email Code, then click Submit.
- Enter the code you received and select Remember me if you don't want to be prompted for a code the next time you log in, then click on Submit.
