My Messages

Inbox

An inbox section will be available to any user that is an on call provider. This will contain messages that have been sent directly to you. If you are office staff or an admin that will not be placed on call, you will only see "Sent" and "Compose New Message" here.

There are filters you may use to search for messages received within certain time frames or specific dates. You may also search for messages regarding a specific patient or associated with a specific phone number. 

 

Sent

The Sent section is where messages you send will be located. There are filters you may use to search for messages within certain time frames or specific dates. You may also search for messages regarding a specific patient or associated with a specific phone number. 

 

Compose New Message

The Compose New Message section will allow you to create a message and send it to other users within your organization. You will need to enter in a callback number, your message, and select the person you wish to send the message to (recipient). Then you may click "Next" located at the bottom.

IMPORTANT: You must include dashes in the callback number field. For example, 222-333-4444 would be acceptable. However, 2223334444 will not allow you to click "Next" to continue to send the message.

After you click "Next," you will be directed to the "Message Confirmation" screen. Here you must select if this is your first, second, or more time reaching out to the recipient regarding this message. Additionally, you will be required to select a priority for this message - normal or stat. A stat message would be reserved for true STAT related messages.

Finally, you will be presented with a snapshot of your message for review. From here you may send the message, go to a previous step in the message creation process, or start the message over.
