Outbound Dialing (Enabled/Disabled)

Outbound Dialing: Allows outbound dialing through the CXM Mobile App, Total Triage, and determines whether the call is masked and recorded. When the Premium license is assigned for the CXM Mobile app, the user will see a message indicating whether that the call will be masked and recorded or that it won't. This controls which calls are routed through our telephony services and allows us to monitor usage.

1. Go to CXM User tab, locate and double click on the staff member's name to change the user CXM Mobile License.

2. Scroll down to the licenses section, select "Premium" for CXM Mobile License:

3. Click the "Save" button.

4. In the app, a notification will appear notifying users their caller ID will be masked and the call will be recorded.
