If you are experiencing problems with the app, follow the steps below to report the problem to our support team.
- Open the Total Triage app on your phone and tap the 3 bars in the upper right corner.
- Scroll below the list of assignments and tap on the Contact button in the lower right corner.
- On the Send feedback page, describe the issue you are experiencing in the text box.
- If you are reporting a problem, leave the Include application logs checkmark. If you are sending a general suggestion, tap the checkmark so that logs are not included.
- Tap the paper airplane in the lower right to send the feedback.
- Tap OK on the Success message.
