Reports Overview

OnCall Schedule

The OnCall Schedule will display your account's current oncall posting. The information found here is what TeleMed will use to determine who to contact regarding pages.

You will be able to edit the schedule as needed. Any updates that are made alert TeleMed in real time. To learn how to make edits to the OnCall Schedule, you will use the Classic Editor function. Click here to review how to use the Classic Editor.  

 

Locate Schedule

The Locate Schedule section allows you to see how each member of your account is to be located and contacted when TeleMed has a message for him or her. Use the "Select Member" drop list to select the practice member whose locate schedule you want to view.

If you have the necessary permissions, you can click "Modify Locate Plans" to edit the practice member's locate plans or click "Modify Schedule" to change the schedule of when each locate plan is to be used.

Contact Info

This Contact Info sections allows you to see contact information for members of your account. Select the member you want to edit from the drop list. If you have the necessary permissions, you can click the "Edit Contact Info" button to modify the contact information.

 

 

Message Report

The Message Report will show you all of the messages for your account. If you are a member of multiple accounts, you will need to change accounts in order to access messages from those accounts. 

The messages are organized into a table. Each message is represented by a row in the table. The columns represent different message details. You can sort the messages based on the contents of any column by clicking on that columns header. Click a second time to reverse the order of the sort.
