Scheduled Status

 

If you have an upcoming shift or a change in responsibilities within the next 24 hours, you can schedule your next State and/or Assignment change within the app. This will only allow one schedule status change at a time. Once the scheduled change has occurred, you may schedule the next one. 

 

To Schedule a Status and/or Assignment Change:

  1. On the "My Availability" screen, click on the clock icon. It will automatically take you to the "Scheduled Status" page.
  2. Enter the date and time for this change to occur. Note: This will only allow for up to 24 hours in advance.
  3. Select the State and Assignment change to occur.
  4. Click "Set" to save.

 

When the time selected for the change comes, you will receive a confirmation notification on your phone that states the scheduled status has activated.

 

 

To Edit Scheduled Status:

  1. On the "My Availability" screen, click on the clock icon. It will automatically take you to the "Scheduled Status" page.
  2. Make any needed adjustments to the time, State, and/or Assignments.
  3. Click "Set" to save changes.

 

To Disable Scheduled Status:

  1. On the "My Availability" screen, click on the clock icon. It will automatically take you to the "Scheduled Status" page.
  2. Click "Disable" to cancel any upcoming scheduled status changes.
