Send an Activity as a Task

Once you've created an Activity, you can send it as a task for another user to follow-up on. Be sure to select the appropriate Pending Status for the Activity.

  1. Click on the On-Call Info tab.
  2. Click on the Send to Client Tasks button.

Once you've sent the task, the Send to Client Tasks button will change to Sent to Client Tasks. It will display in Team Tasks list for a team member to follow-up on.
