If you are experiencing problems with the app, follow the steps below to report the problem to our support team.
- Open the Total Triage app on your phone and tap the 3 bars in the upper right corner.
- On the assignments panel, press and hold the version number until the logs display.
- Tap the paper airplane icon in the upper left corner.
- Tap Yes to send the logs to tech support.
