Supported Devices/Operating Systems
The information listed below represents the minimum requirements necessary to run the applicable product. Older models may have issues running our applications, and these issues cannot be addressed or fixed by our Product/Tech Support Team. If you need to use an older device or a different browser, please note that our products may not work as designed in these environments.
Total Triage Mobile App
- Android devices must be using Android 9 or newer.
- Apple devices such as iPhones and iPad must be using iOS 11 or newer.
CXM/Reporting Portal
- Preferred browser is Chrome. Firefox and Safari also work, with some limited functionality, but are not fully supported.
